  • Do you use numbing cream?
Yes, we use a topical numbing cream prior to injecting. All products we use also contain lidocaine, a numbing agent to ensure the treatment is as pain free as possible.
  • What products do you use?
We use Juvederm and Revolax for all dermal filler appointments. We use Aqualyx for fat dissolving treatments.
  • How much filler do I need?
This is like asking how long is a piece of string. Each client has their own individual needs, a look that might take one client 0.5ml to achieve might take another 3ml to achieve. We simply cannot give an exact amount. This is why we offer consultations to examine and discuss individual needs and advise how best to achieve the results required by the client.
  • Is filler permanent?
No, filler on average can last between 8-12 months depending on genetics and lifestyle. Filler often needs to be built up, after a few sessions the filler will last longer.
  • Does it hurt, I'm scared/nervous?
Each individual has a different pain threshold. Numbing cream is used and all fillers contain a numbing agent to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. Remember, we deal with nervous clients on a daily basis and are very understanding, we are always happy to take our time to ease your nerves, treatments are never rushed.
  • Do I need to take time off work?
There is no downtime required with filler, however the first 48 hours swelling and bruising is most noticeable, so we do advise not making any important plans.
  • Can I fly after treatment?
We advise waiting a minimum of 48 hours prior to flying. Although rare, complications can happen and in the case of a complication you would need to return to clinic for emergency treatment.
  • Do you offer finance?
    No, not currently.
  • Will I swell/bruise?
Swelling and bruising is expected with all aesthetic treatments. You may experience redness, bruising or swelling in the injected area. These effects should not last longer than 2 weeks.
